Do I need to be home?
No. Driveway Rescue is no-contact. Just have everything stacked in the driveway before your pickup day.
Why the driveway and not the curb?
The driveway keeps your items on your property and out of the street, and our responder can load them safely.
How wide is the arrival window?
Wider than our full-service appointments. That flexibility is part of how we keep your cost down. We’ll confirm your pickup day when you book.
